Jack Wilshere dealt fresh injury setback

Jack Wilshere has suffered a setback in his recovery from an ankle injury but Arsene Wenger has refused to confirm reports that the midfielder could miss the remainder of the season as a result.
Wilshere has not played for the club this season due to a stress fracture in his ankle but was closing in on a return to action after making a quicker than expected recovery.
However, the midfielder has now been sent to a specialist after experiencing discomfort in training, with the Guardian reporting that the injury could be serious enough to prevent Wilshere from featuring in what remains of the season.
"Wilshere had a little setback which is under investigation," said Wenger.
"We don't know yet how bad it is. He has pain again in his ankle (when running).
"We stopped him right away. He is seeing a specialist today (Friday), so I don't want to give you any wrong information."
The news casts doubt on whether Wilshere will be an option for Fabio Capello when he names his squad for the Euro 2012 finals in June.
