Olympics - Lithuania Defeat African Champions Nigeria In Group Stage Basketball

Lithuania on Tuesday defeated Nigeria’s D’Tigers in a group stage basketball contest at the London 2012 Olympics Games.

The game was played at the Basketball Arena, Olympic Park, Stratford, London.
The game ended Lithuania 72 Nigeria 53. At the end of the third quarter, Lithuania led Nigeria by 56-40.

The half-time score was Lithuania 34 Nigeria 27 while at the end of the first quarter, the tally was Lithuania 14 Nigeria 8.
